What is the cleaning process that occurs in between in-client visits?
- Before and after every in-client doctor visit, the exam room used for the visit will be thoroughly cleaned by our staff
- During the time of cleaning NO ONE, but other RSVH staff can enter the exam room in question
- In addition to routine cleaning and disinfection, increased attention will be focused on common human hand contact surfaces, particularly those touched by many different people (e.g. areas that staff, clients and visitors such as couriers may all touch)
- A sign-off sheet will be placed on a clipboard near the reception area to and for an exam room to be declared ready for the next client, a staff member must inspect the room and sign the sheet to declare it available for use
